All carbon steering wheels, tuning parts and carbon parts are supplied without TÜV approval, ECE/EC certification, homologation documents, test reports or any other road approval documentation, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the respective product description.

No additional certificates or documents for registration or road approval are provided by us.

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to check the applicable legal requirements in their country before installation or use on public roads. If an individual inspection, certification, registration or approval is required, this must be arranged independently by the customer with the relevant local authority or inspection body.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All steering wheels, carbon parts and tuning parts are excluded from voluntary returns, exchanges and refunds, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the respective product description.

Due to the specialized nature of these products, all sales are considered final to the extent permitted by applicable law. Customers are therefore responsible for verifying compatibility, specifications and suitability for their vehicle before placing an order.

This exclusion does not affect any mandatory statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights relating to defective or incorrectly supplied goods.
